Our evolution
Although CDX are a relatively young company, our global presence and extensive project experience speak to the expertise and dedication of our team. We evolved from its original constitution, Qillin Group, founded in 2014 by Managing Director, Tony Hughes. In 2019, Tony Hughes founded CDI Experts, building upon the foundation laid by Qillin Group. In 2023, the company rebranded to “CDX” to ensure balance between all revenue streams. Our directors, partners and staff bring a wealth of technical and live project experience to every engagement, with over 200 years of combined expertise.

Perdaman Urea Plant Karratha, Western Australia
Clough in a 50/50 joint venture with Saipem, is proud to announce they have reached the agreement for the development of Perdaman Industries’ urea plant on the Burrup Peninsula approximately eight kilometers from Dampier and twenty kilometers northwest of Karratha on the north-west coastline of Western Australia.
The Foundry Leederville, Perth, Western Australia
The Foundry provides a multi-use structure with commercial, residential, and on-site parking. There are two floors of commercial tenancies, one level for a childcare centre, and 31 apartments on an additional four levels above the childcare centre.
