Kate serves as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term sustainability of the business. Shaun is a Senior Quantity Surveyor at CDI Experts with over 12 years of experience in the construction industry, including 10 years specialising in cost control, contract administration, value engineering, planning, and dispute resolution.
