Tony is a managing director of CDI Experts and has more than 23 years’ experience in the construction industry, which includes 15 years specialising in delay and disruption claims, quantum analysis, contracts and claim management. His experience has embraced several complex projects, including building schemes, naval ship building projects, rail projects, civil engineering schemes and major mining, power, and oil & gas
mega projects.

Tony has worked in a variety of countries including Ireland, UK, Middle East, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and Australia. Tony has a construction law degree and arbitration qualifications.

Tony is an appointed delay expert and has experience of mediation, adjudication, and arbitration (non-testifying). He has provided such services to contractors, employers, consultants, and architects, and he has worked with several leading international law firms. His claims management experience includes the forensic investigation of causes of delay and additional costs, delay analysis, quantum analysis, analysis of large quantities of complex data, evidence management and independent claim evaluation and rebuttal.
